Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following modes of payment:

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

Debit/Credit Cards

Net Banking

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available on selected products and pin codes only

2. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is successful, a confirmation message will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp.

For COD orders, the confirmation message will be shared after order verification.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD is available for orders under ₹[3000].

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel.

Repeated COD order cancellations may result in disabling COD option for the customer.
